Many of my clients express the challenges they face in maintaining a healthy lifestyle when their partners, children, friends, or extended family members don’t regard their own health as a priority.
Please, don’t let this be the reason you don’t value your health! Don’t let this dishearten you! Live by example through your lifestyle; trust me, your loved ones are observant!
Identify your tribe. Engage with those who share a common interest in health and well-being. Connect with those who strive for excellence – individuals who wish the best for themselves and for you. When you begin to transform your lifestyle, it might feel isolating if those around you don’t accompany you on the journey.
Yet, you must venture on!
Search for mentors who diligently care for their bodies. Cultivate relationships with those you admire and who inspire you. Spend more time with these individuals.
If your aim is to persistently enhance your overall health, associate yourself with people who challenge you to elevate your standards! And, even more significantly, be that influential presence in the lives of your friends and family: inspire them to strive for better!
