Research carried out by Kirsch (1996) showed greatly improved weight loss outcomes when CBT was combined with hypnosis, rather than using CBT alone. And in 78% of people studied, they continued to lose weight when reviewed months after treatment.

Emotional and binge eating are attempts to regulate your emotions from the OUTSIDE in. Compulsive habits are stored in the “survival” part of the brain so it’s vital to rewire these parts so that you focus on the INSIDE instead.
