With three children of my own, I am fully aware that being young can sometimes present complex, emotional issues. With professional help, many young people find the power to face life’s challenges. They stop struggling and move into adulthood as happier, more balanced beings.
Advances in technology are amazing, despite the challenges we face. The highly processed, calorie dense, nutrient deficient, and highly palatable food available is deteriorating our childrens mental and physical health.
My nutrition therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and hypnotherapy techniques are highly effective in helping young people with a wide range of problems.
During our consultations, I use cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy to help children and young adults to understand that what they are going through right now does NOT have to define them forever.
