Midlife brings about hormone changes, mood swings and a multitude of wellbeing issues. I know, I've been there. I also have three insanely crazy boys, very close in age (I had them all in 3 years and 8 months) so I totally understand how challenging family life can be.
With over 18 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve learned that striving to feel and be the best version of ourselves does not stop just because we reach midlife. On the contrary - it is more vital now than ever.
In my work as a nutrition professional, I help women like you to cut through the noise and feel on top of their game. I treat a wide range of stress and anxiety-related issues, including low self-worth/self-esteem and perfectionism.

I have developed my own method – using relaxation techniques, mindfulness, role play, storytelling, digital media, games and art helping develop and enhance the emotional fitness of your child. Sessions are jam packed with tools to help your child dissolve away their worries allowing them to feel calmer, happier, and more empowered.
Working with children and young adults
Since becoming a personal trainer, nutritionist, emotional eating and behavioural change consultant, I've learnt what it takes to create change. Unfortunately, fear, doubt, limiting beliefs, stress and overwhelm, plus a whole host of other things can get in the way. Understanding these issues has led me to become a fully qualified and registered cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist.
I combine nutrition therapy with two of the most powerful therapies around: cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapist. Both are fully evidenced-based, recognised psycho-therapeutic techniques to increase emotional awareness and intelligence. And because emotional intelligence is vital, it needs tackling first.
As part of your treatment, I incorporate mindfulness, relaxation, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), with a strong focus on practical skills that bring about long-term resilience and self-efficacy. I can tailor treatment individually to work with you on specific issues.

I attend continuing professional development events relevant to coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy and other forms of therapy. I also attend regular clinical and peer support supervision groups to ensure that the help you receive is as effective as possible. Supervision it vital to ensuring that I continue to practise ethically and in accordance with professional codes of ethics.
I tailor your treatment to work with you on your own very specific issues. I educate and empower you to overcome any self-imposed limitations that have previously left you feeling ‘stuck’. By the end of the programme, you will be equipped with the skills you need to lead a habitually healthy lifestyle.

No counting carbs or weighing food, just a sensible, straight forward eating plan along with taking time to set realistic and achievable goals. Continued coaching and support from Louise was paramount in attaining these goals!
