A contemporary approach to your teenagers health

that fits with their busy modern lifestyle!

Navigating todays world can be tough.

With three children of my own, I am fully aware that being young can sometimes present complex, emotional issues. But with professional help, many young people find the power to face life’s challenges. They stop struggling and move into adulthood as happier, more balanced beings.

As parents, we want our children to have self-confidence, a positive attitude with strong friendships and the ability to process their emotions in a healthy way.

Parenting in the 21st Century is not for the faint-hearted, it is no surprise you feel overwhelmed when it comes to how best to support your children.

During consultations

I create an engaging environment, carefully tailoring my approach to meet your teens particular needs and interests – using relaxation techniques, mindfulness, role play, storytelling, digital media, visualisation, games and art.

Sessions are jam packed with tools to help your teen dissolve away their worries allowing them to feel calmer, happier and more empowered.

The most important thing to me is that I provide a warm and non-judgemental space for your child to feel truly seen, heard and understood.

I carry public liability insurance and I am registered with professional organisations. I also regularly attend Continuing Professional Development events relevant to coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, other forms of therapy and have regular supervision to ensure that I am practicing safely and ethically within the evolving scope of practice.
