You might have been a bit FREAKED OUT
by eating avocados and nuts…
and other FATTY stuff
over the past 11 days….
We’ve had it drummed into us for YEARS by the government, food marketing, magazines, food labeling and slimming clubs that fat is BAD for us.
This is simply outrageous.
It almost goes without saying that when you ‘started a diet’ before – the first thing you were told to do was to cut out fat.
Let me set this straight.
FAT – (the right kind, in the right quantities) IS GOOD FOR YOU.
When food companies remove fat from a product, they also remove the flavour…
so they add SUGAR and / or ARTIFICIAL sweeteners in its place.
^^ Not good for your body!
Here are some reasons why fat is ESSENTIAL in your diet. Essential fatty acids – omegas 3 & 6 – are essential to your health, and mental state AND contribute to the management of your hormones and body composition.
We must get essential fatty acids from our food – as our body cannot make them.
Low-fat diets make it virtually impossible for your body to get these from food.

Cutting out fat from your diet will be disastrous to your health, leaving you vulnerable to developing chronic diseases like heart disease, autoimmune disease, and diabetes as you get older.
