Either way, your reaction is a serious reflection of how you feel about YOURSELF.

It’s super easy to point the finger in the other direction – isn’t it?
“It’s alright for her.”
Trouble is-
It’s easy to make judgments when you’re looking through a window from the outside in.
Just maybe, she has undergone months and years of changing her entire lifestyle to get to where she is.
Maybe she’s been through a horrendous change in her life that has motivated her to make that change.
Perhaps she has sacrificed a LOT to get to this point.
But NO – you see the end result.
AND
Expect that it’s easy.
Here’s the deal, ladies…
It’s not easy.
When you look at someone who seems to have it all. The toned body, the ability to lift weights and stay strong. The confidence to strut around in whatever clothes she pleases.
Perhaps think about what has gone on behind the scenes to get there.
Look closer and see that months, if not YEARS of hard work has gone into it.
And start taking some responsibility for where YOU are right now.
Your current situation is a direct reflection of every single action you have taken up to this point.
It is perhaps time you actually took the RIGHT action this time?
