As an experienced mentor, I help you to tackle issues such as weight gain, loss of confidence, mood swings, hormone changes, brain fog, hot flushes, anxiety, insomnia, low energy, well-being issues, to name but a few.
As a nutritionist, weight loss consultant and an accredited therapist using an integrated approach combining the two most powerful psychological therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy, I can equip you with all the tools to make lasting changes for a healthier, happier midlife.
