As a nutritionist, weight loss consultant and an accredited therapist using an integrated approach combining the two most powerful psychological therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy, I can equip you with all the tools to make lasting changes for a healthier, happier midlife. 

This 12-week signature programme works from the INSIDE OUT. It is also totally tailored to suit your personal lifestyle, priorities and health goals.

We work together intimately over a 3-month period to help you make big shifts in your life.

Face to face from my clinic in Marbella, Spain or online via zoom.

Where do the sessions take place?

I work with clients around the world and we are always able to schedule sessions in a way that works for both of us. It also means that you can access sessions from the comfort of your own home. So get comfy and grab a coffee/tea and let´s start your journey!
